Leasing Activity Remains Strong in Prime Bergen County Office Space
MAYWOOD, N.J. (Dec. 23, 2009) – Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm that owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey, announced today three new long-term leases at 25 East Spring Valley Avenue in Maywood, New Jersey.
25 East Spring Valley Avenue, a three-story, 45,000-square-foot Class-B building that offers convenient access to Route 4, Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway, is also less than 20 miles away from the George Washington Bridge. Holbrook and Henderson, Inc., a supplier of gear cutting tools through their Tru-Volute line of tools, also signed a long-term lease for 1,321 square feet of office space in the building. Holbrook and Henderson, Inc. was represented by Nina Bianco of NIA National Realty, Inc.
