Bergman Real Estate Group Enhances Workplace Experience Across Portfolio with BetterSpaces

From amenities to experience, tenant satisfaction is translating into more desirable space and stronger campus-wide leasing.

WOODBRIDGE, N.J., April 26, 2026 – To further enhance the tenant experience across its portfolio, Bergman Real Estate Group is expanding its BetterSpaces programming to increase tenant interaction, create a sense of community in its buildings, and improve overall workplace satisfaction.

Originally introduced as a wellness-focused initiative, BetterSpaces has evolved into a comprehensive tenant engagement platform that combines in-person programming, amenity space activation, and digital access to create more dynamic workplace environments.

Through Bergman’s implementation of BetterSpaces, tenants have access to a full suite of services designed to enhance the employee experience at its office properties.

These services include:

  • Amenity space activation, transforming underutilized areas into functional, engaging destinations that add value for tenants and support leasing and retention
  • Curated on-site events, including fitness and yoga classes, wellness sessions, art workshops, and seasonal and holiday themed events that bring energy and interaction into the workday
  • Digital platform access, offering 24/7 programming, class registration, and on-demand content that complements in-person experiences

BetterSpaces on-site programming is active across several Bergman properties — including Century Campus at 4,5 and 6 Century Drive in Parsippany, Jefferson Exchange, 100 and 110 South Jefferson Road in Whippany, 500 College Road East in Princeton, and 7 Giralda Farms in Madison—with weekly on-site classes and quarterly themed tenant events with live music, food and arts & craft activities. Tenants also have access to the BetterSpaces app, offering approximately 15 live classes per week and a library of on-demand content.

“These tenant events are more than just added amenities—they’re part of how we create a better overall fun experience for our tenants and their employees,” said Michael Bergman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Bergman Real Estate Group. “We’re focused on delivering environments where people want to work, not just where they have to work.”

Recent BetterSpaces events across Bergman properties demonstrate the impact of this approach. At a Winter Festival activation, approximately 180 tenants participated in a shared, on-site experience featuring live music, refreshments, and interactive elements—creating a sense of energy and community within the building during the workday.

One tenant described the experience:

“I have seen the numerous things Bergman has done for the building which is unheard of in almost every corporate building—yoga, art studio, and the fabulous seasonal parties for the tenants.”

Importantly, the execution behind these experiences is just as impactful as the programming itself.

“The parties never seem like a perfunctory event, but rather a really thoughtful and generous contribution,” she added.

Beyond events, Bergman’s hands-on management approach reinforces the overall tenant experience across its buildings.

Bergman’s BetterSpaces initiative reflects a broader evolution in property management—one that recognizes that landlords play a direct role in shaping tenant experience, workplace culture, and long-term satisfaction.

With continued investment in BetterSpaces and other tenant-focused initiatives, Bergman is reinforcing its commitment to delivering modern, experience-driven office environments across its portfolio for their tenants and their employees.

“We’re seeing firsthand how creating better experiences leads to stronger buildings,” added Bergman. “When tenants are engaged and employees enjoy being on-site, it naturally translates into stronger leasing, longer relationships, and a more successful campus overall.”
