Tom Castellano
Tom joined Bergman Real Estate Group in May 2014.Tom is one of two senior property managers, where he is responsible for the management and construction supervision activities for the firm’s Northern New Jersey office properties.
Tom is a real estate veteran of 28 years. Most recently, Tom was a property manager with Onyx Equities, LLC where he was responsible for managing 35 office/retail properties totaling 3.8 million SF. Prior to that, Tom was Regional Property Manager for Ivy Realty where he managed a portfolio of 17 office and retail buildings in NY, NJ and CT totaling over 3.7 million SF.
Earlier in his career Tom was a Senior Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial/Troast Realty overseeing the Cendant portfolio where he was awarded the 2004 BOMA NJ Office Building of the Year. Tom was also the Director of Facilities for Spectrum for Living, a non-profit organization where he managed 18 nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Bergen, Morris and Passaic counties.
Tom received his BOMA RPA designation in 2008.
