Sean Minnick
Sean joined Bergman Real Estate Group in December 2025. He is responsible for the in-house property management functions for the firm’s Central, Southern and some Northern New Jersey office properties.
Sean’s diverse real estate background encompasses 18 years of experience. Prior to joining Bergman, Sean worked for Colliers International managing a portfolio of 18 properties including suburban office, industrial, retail, and medical office buildings. Additionally, Sean worked for JLL in Center City Philadelphia managing two Class A office buildings totaling 1 million square feet. Sean started his career in building operations in 2008 in Trenton, New Jersey.
Sean was an active member of BOMA Philadelphia serving as the co-chair for the Membership Committee and former co-chair of the Suburban Committee. He was also elected to the Board of Directors. Since starting with Bergman, he has joined BOMA New Jersey with similar goals in mind.
Sean earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University with a degree in Real Estate Studies.
