Marty Feeney, RPA
Senior Property Manager
Marty joined Bergman Real Estate Group in June 2025 as one of the firm’s three Senior Property Managers. He is responsible for overseeing property management and construction services for the company’s Morris and Essex portfolio.
Marty brings more than 25 years of experience in property management and facility services. Prior to joining Bergman, he spent 10 years as Vice President of Operations at CSI International and held various property management roles at Onyx Equities, GVA Williams (now Colliers), and Cushman & Wakefield.
Marty earned his BOMA RPA designation in 2003.
