John G. Osborne
John joined Bergman Real Estate Group in May 2004. His primary responsibility is directing the firm’s in-house leasing & marketing activities related to its Northern and Central New Jersey office portfolio, including the negotiation of all leases.
John has over 35 years of commercial leasing experience having come from the Garibaldi Group where he spent sixteen years as an office leasing consultant and broker. While at Garibaldi, John acted as exclusive agent for the owner of Meadows Office Complex, a 600,000 SF project located in Rutherford, NJ, and for The Overlook at Great Notch, a 425,000 SF office building located in Little Falls, NJ. He also was involved with the sale of the Overlook building.
On the tenant side, John represented two telecommunications companies handling their leasing of approximately 600,000 SF of office space in 50 cities nationally.
John is a graduate of The Hill School and has a BA from Franklin & Marshall College. He has attended various courses at New York University, Continuing School of Education for Real Estate and is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey.
