Jeffrey Buchman
Jeffrey Buchman joined Bergman Real Estate Group in 2022. His primary responsibilities include asset management of the firm’s Northern and Central New Jersey office properties and helping source new acquisitions of value-add investment opportunities of office, industrial and multi-family assets.
Jeffrey has more than 25 years of experience in the New Jersey commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Bergman, Jeffrey was COO of STRO Companies, EVP of Asset Management for Ivy Realty and has held various other senior leasing, asset and property management positions at RREEF/Deutsche Bank, Mack Cali and Reckson Associates.
Mr. Buchman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance & Business from American University and received his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1988.
