Brian Rand
Brian Rand joined Bergman Real Estate Group in 2022. His primary responsibility will be spearheading the firm’s acquisitions activity and expanding the firm’s portfolio across a variety of asset classes, including industrial, multi-family, office and retail.
Prior to joining Bergman, Brian was President and Founder of Simius Holdings LLC, a boutique real estate investment company with assets throughout the Midwestern, Southeastern and Northeastern United States. Brian actively acquired, managed and created value for assets within Simius’s portfolio, leading to outsized returns for its investors and partners.
Mr. Rand earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business & Organizations from Cornell University and received his Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
