David Olitsky
David joined Bergman Real Estate Group in 1999, and is primarily responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for all of Bergman’s properties. He is also responsible for administering the Company’s state-of-the-art computer systems and software.
David’s real estate experience spans over 30 years. Prior to joining Bergman, David was the on-site Property Accountant/Controller at Shorenstein Company, where he was responsible for all the accounting and reporting for a 435,000 square foot office building in Manhattan owned by Yale University. David was also a Property Accountant for the M. Alfieri Company. David started his career with Cushman and Wakefield as a Property Accountant responsible for the accounting of various NYC office buildings.
David has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
