ISELIN, N.J. (July 31, 2009) – Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm that owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey, announced three new long-term leases and one lease renewal at Woodbridge Towers, located at 555 Route 1 South in Iselin, New Jersey.
This four-story, 85,000-square-foot Class-A building offers direct access to Route 1, and is a short drive from the Garden State Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike and I-287. The building lobby renovation was completed in early 2009 and also features an on-site café. Woodbridge Towers is strategically situated just 1.5 miles from Metropark Train Station creating outstanding convenience for those using mass transit. Killian & Salisbury, P.C., a New Jersey law firm specializing in business litigation, employment and insurance law, has leased 4,247-square-feet of space in the building. Mark Twentyman of Kingsbridge Realty represented the tenant. Woodbridge Towers will serve as the firm’s new headquarters.
TranSystems Corporation, an engineering, architecture, planning, management and supply chain consulting company, has leased 3,325-square-feet of space in the building. Bergman was able to meet the company’s immediate space requirements. TranSystems was represented by Paul Vlecides of CB Richard Ellis.
An existing tenant, Dorfman Mizrach & Thaler, LLP, certified accountants and advisors, expanded and now occupies 5,074 square feet of space in the building.
MaxiSaver Group, Inc., a direct source for commissary coupons and savings services company, has leased 1,875-square-feet of office space.
Finally, PruTech Solutions, an established business support and information technology consulting company, renewed its 2,764-square-feet lease at the facility.
