Bergman Real Estate Group, Century 21 Commercial Worden & Green Named Leasing Agent for Tower 270 in Somerset, N.J.

SOMERSET, N.J. (April 7, 2011) – Bergman Real Estate Group, together with Century 21 Commercial Worden & Green, jointly announced today their appointment as exclusive leasing agent for Tower 270 located at 270 Davidson Avenue in Franklin Township, N.J.

The on-site café will also be remodeled as part of the overall interior renovations, which are scheduled for completion in the summer of 2011.

Ownership is also working on plans to completely change the exterior look of the building with new materials for the façade. The new owner will be investing several million dollars in renovations to the property.
