In the first transaction, Comverge, Inc., a provider of intelligent energy management solutions, signed a long-term lease for 6,600 square feet of space. The tenant, which is relocating from East Hanover, was represented by Newmark Knight Frank Managing Director Blake Goodman.

In May, Bergman retained Colliers International New Jersey to serve as the exclusive broker for the complex. Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque and Managing Director James Bailey are overseeing the assignment for Colliers.
