Bergman Real Estate Group Announces Three New Lease transactions at 25 A & B Vreeland Road Locations

Prime Morris County Location Attracts Extensive Business Roster

ISELIN, N.J. (Jan. 4, 2010) – Bergman Real Estate Group announced three long-term leases at Florham Park Corporate Center, located at 25 A & B Vreeland Road in Florham Park, N.J. The privately owned real estate investment firm owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey.

MarketTools, Inc., a leading technology and solutions provider, has leased approximately 8,000-square-feet of office space at 25 A. The research company, which provides customer insight management capabilities for the world’s market leaders, was previously located in the surrounding area but sought a first-class building for a moderate price. Peter Politi of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the tenant.

Ciao Bella Gelato Co., Inc., a premium ice cream and gelato provider has leased 6,000-square-feet of office space at 25 A. Previously located in Irvington, the tenant upgraded to Florham Park for its various amenities and to establish themselves a high end corporate image. Using the most elite and pure ingredients, Ciao Bella Gelato has set the standard for creating unique, ultra-premium ice cream. Brian Godau and Brad Fenlon of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Linde, Hansen & Co. LLC, an investment management agency, has leased 2,000-square-feet of office space at 25 B. Leo Paytas of CB Richard Ellis represented the agency, a company established in November 2009.

Florham Park Corporate Center, which consists of twin, three-story 113,000-square-feet atrium office buildings, is situated on 14 acres of fully landscaped grounds. Just off Columbia Turnpike near the Eisenhower Parkway, the buildings are easy accessible to Routes 24 and 10, as well as I-287, I-280, and I-78. Florham Park Corporate Center is also located only three miles from Morristown Airport, 20 miles from Newark International Airport and 30 miles from midtown Manhattan. Its close proximity to the Livingston Mall, the Mall at Short Hills, Lifestyle Fitness Center, and the Short Hills Hilton provides a wealth of retail and hospitality services.
