One New Lease and Two Renewals Signed at Holmdel Executive Center

- The Jewish Federation of Greater Monmouth County, which is also known as The Jewish Federation of the Shore Area, signed a new lease for 3,174 square feet. Beth Krinsky of Weichert Commercial represented the tenant.
- Critelli Realtors, a residential real estate firm, renewed their lease for approximately 2,200 square feet.
