Bergman Real Estate Group Announces 22,000-Square-Foot Office Lease with Law Firm at Jefferson Plaza in Whippany, N.J.

Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso LLC to Relocate Headquarters to Class A Office Environment

ISELIN, N.J. (Sept. 26, 2011) – Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm that owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey, announced today that a noted New Jersey law firm has signed a 22,000-square-foot office lease to establish its headquarters at Jefferson Plaza, one of the company’s Class A office complexes, located at 100 South Jefferson Road in Whippany, N.J.

Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso LLC, a full-service law firm with offices in Whippany, N.J., Red Bank, N.J., and New York, N.Y., has already moved into its new Jefferson Plaza offices. With this transaction, the complex is now 88-percent leased.

“Jefferson Plaza is an ideal site for a headquarters location because it is within the heart of Morris County and provides tremendous access to numerous area conveniences,” stated John G.
