BERGMAN REAL ESTATE GROUP LAUNCHES
"THE BERGMAN BROKER PENTATHLON"
Special Incentives for Brokers Available in Five Buildings
Through December 31, 2008
Woodbridge, N.J. - August 13, 2008
In the spirit of the 2008 Summer Olympics, Bergman Real Estate Group announces an exciting and innovative broker incentive program, featuring five-office buildings for lease with three levels of great rewards for excellent broker performance. The Bergman Broker Pentathlon runs from now through December 31, 2008.
The five properties included in this broker promotion are: 333 Meadowland Parkway in Secaucus; 45 Eisenhower Drive in Paramus; 155 Passaic Avenue in, Fairfield; 25 A&B Vreeland Road in Florham Park (aka Florham Park Corp. Center) and 100-110 South Jefferson Road in Whippany (aka Jefferson Plaza).
For starters, brokers will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card for each qualified prospect they show space to in any of the 5-featured Bergman properties. “The more showings a broker makes in our buildings, the more they win!” explains John G. Osborne, Executive Director of Leasing & Marketing for Bergman Real Estate Group.
But the real Pentathlon awards are won when brokers sign leases at the buildings. The Bronze Level Award will earn a broker an extra $1.00 per square foot bonus commission for all new five-year leases up to 10,000 square feet by the end of the year. Brokers will qualify for the Silver Level Award when they sign new five-year leases over 10,000 square feet, at which point they will win the extra $1-per-square-foot commission, plus an all-expenses-paid 4-night trip for two to the One & Only Ocean Club Resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas. The top performing broker who outshines the rest of the competition, will win the single Gold Level Award. This grand prize featuring an all-expense paid 8-night trip for two to Greece (home to the first Olympic Games) will be awarded to the broker who leases the most amount space combined within the five buildings (in excess of 18,000 square feet).
“We are very excited about the Bergman Broker Pentathlon,” says Mr. Osborne. “We hope the brokerage community is equally excited with this limited time incentive program as we are offering some first class prizes with trips to the Ocean Club and Greece, on top of the bonus commissions earned.”
“Combining these five properties into The Bergman Broker Pentathlon represents a unique opportunity for brokers to be rewarded for their loyalty to our company,” says Kelly Ziegenfuss, Assistant Director of Leasing and Marketing, who recently joined Bergman Real Estate Group in April. “The five buildings that are part of the promotion offer a wide range of office space able to accommodate any number of prospective tenants from smaller users of 1,500 square feet to full floor requirements of 20,000-30,000 square feet. Brokers will be rewarded just for showing space in our buildings, and they have the added incentive of earning bonus commissions, trips plus cumulative leasing in multiple buildings to compete for the trip to Greece..”
