The
New Jersey Acquisition Program (1995 - Present): Since
divesting from its Houston Acquisition activities in 1995,
Bergman has been concentrating its efforts on a program of
acquiring, managing and leasing office properties in its
own backyard - New Jersey.
Bergman has formed joint venture relationships with several institutional
and individual financial partners to facilitate its acquisition activities.
Under this program, Bergman has purchased for itself, and clients over 20 office buildings
comprising 2.5 million square feet.Specific deal case studies are available upon request.
