Steven co-founded Bergman Real Estate Group in 1988. Steven's primary
responsibility is directing the Company's daily business operations,
and overseeing the property management and construction services functions.
Steven is also involved in the due diligence review for all property
acquisitions.

Steven is a 25-year veteran of real estate management and construction.
Prior to joining the Company, he was an assistant manager for Tishman-Speyer
Properties responsible for the operation of 1515 Broadway, a 2-million
sq.ft. office building. Steven also worked in construction supervision
with The Farinella Group, Ltd., Pazur Construction Company, Inc. and
Tishman Construction Corporation.)
Steven graduated from Rutgers University, Cook College with Bachelor of Science degree. He also earned a Certificate of Construction Technology from New York University School of Continuing Education. |
