Michael joined Bergman Real Estate Group in 2001 to spearhead the Company's acquisitions activities and new business development. Michael's primary role is to create joint venture relationships with debt and equity investors/partners, and to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions.

Michael's diverse real estate background includes over 25 years of
experience in all aspects of the business. He began his career in
1981 with Teacher's Insurance in asset management, and then worked
at Citibank Realty Investment performing acquisitions and structuring
joint ventures on behalf of institutional pension funds. Michael also
performed similar functions for private investment firms including
Delma Properties, Real Estate Capital Partners and Sybedon/AFC Realty.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute, where he also received a Masters Candidate for the Department of City and Regional Planning. |
