Michael is responsible for directing Bergman Real Estate Group's acquisition activities and overseeing the firm's in-house
leasing and marketing functions.
Michael is also involved in the Company's on-going relationship development with debt and equity partners.

Michael has 20 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the family
business in 1991, Michael began his career with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises,
a prominent NJ owner/developer with a portfolio of 2.5 million sq.ft.
of office and industrial properties, including the renowned Glenpointe
Complex, in Teaneck, NJ.
Michael received a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University, School of Continuing Education. Michael graduated Cum Laude from the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual major of finance and marketing. |
