Kelly joined Bergman Real Estate Group in April 2008. Her primary responsibilities are to represent the firm on in-house leasing transactions, tenant relations, and to develop marketing programs for the Northern and Central New Jersey office building portfolio.
Kelly has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Most recently she was with the M. Alfieri Company as a Leasing Representative. While at M. Alfieri Co., she represented the company's two million square foot office portfolio, primarily focusing on the MetroPark, NJ market. Previously, she was employed by the Trammell Crow Company and also spent five years working for Boston Properties in Princeton, NJ where she held various marketing and leasing roles.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.
