A real estate professional whose career spans over 50 years, Jerry's
well-rounded background and experience provides solid leadership to
Bergman Real Estate Group. Jerry is actively involved in the Company's acquisition
activities, and in providing financial and asset management overview
for all properties to Bergman's financial partners. |

Prior to forming the Company in 1988, Jerry was a partner of Tishman-Speyer
Properties from 1976 to 1987 where he was responsible for developing
a national acquisitions program, and creating and directing the company's
in-house management organization, which consisted of 18 million square
feet. Jerry also worked at Tandy and Allen Realty (1971-1975), Ogden
Development (1967-1971), and Tishman Realty & Construction Co., Inc.
(1961-1967)
Jerry graduated from City College of New York Business School with a major in Real Estate. |
