David joined Bergman Real Estate Group in 1999, and is primarily responsible
for the accounting and financial reporting for all of Bergman's properties.
He is also responsible for administering the Company's state-of-the-art
computer systems and software.
David's real estate experience began in 1987 with Cushman and
|
|
Wakefield as a Property Accountant responsible for the accounting of various NYC office buildings. Prior to joining Bergman, David was the on-site Property Accountant/Controller at Shorenstein Company, where he was responsible for all the accounting and reporting for a 435,000 sq.ft. office building in Manhattan owned by Yale University. David has also held a variety of positions including lease administration and real estate appraisal.
David received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. |
