Barry has been part of the Bergman Management Team since 1997. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the Building operating systems and physical plant at all of Bergman's properties. Barry also coordinates construction activities at
most buildings.

Barry is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience
in Building mechanical operations and construction management. Previously,
Barry was a Chief Engineer for the Somerset Hilton Hotel, and with
Koll Management Services where he was responsible for a 750,000 sq.ft.
office complex.
Barry attended Middlesex County College HVAC design technology program and recently completed BOMA's R.P.A. Program. Barry holds a Universal Certification for Refrigeration Service and a NJ State Black Seal Boiler Operator's License. |
